Air conditioning
HVAC DIVISION, an environmental wing of Al Sabbah is involved in the design, engineering, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems. This division is managed by professionals with vast experience in the field.
Apart from comfort air conditioning, the HVAC division has also successfully completed projects demanding precise temperature and humidity controlled conditions. A prime example is the first high tech Falcon Clinic for breeding rare birds in an artificial ambience created by air conditioning installation with defined temperature (5 deg. C) and humidity (60 %) using reheat and hot gas defrost cycle for the Falcon Breeding Units and special ozonisation with UV sterilizing units for the Falcon Infection Ward.
ASEM's HVAC division also manufactures galvanized iron and aluminium duct work of various gauges and applications. Fabrication is carried out as per ASHRAE, SMACNA, DW 142, EUROVENT or custom specification of client and consultant. The division has a duct fabrication unit equipped with high tech machinery to cater to the latest market demands.
The division has an exclusive setup for system maintenance wherein it handles direct contracts from private clients as well as government departments like Municipality and Agricultural Dept., Etisalat, Defense, Municipality and Crown Prince Departments etc.
