We are committed to improving our skills and knowledge at every level. Training includes IT, engineering and HSE, and areas such as design and installation. All sub-contractors on our facilities and clients' sites are provided compulsory HSE seminars, and new staff follow induction and orientation programmes.

The skills of our engineers are upgraded through rotation programmes, training in their fields of expertise, and courses in software and quality control.
